Installing Spaz Twitter Client under Ubuntu 9.04 with Adobe AIR HowTo

The installation went so smooth. Anyways:

DISTRIB_RELEASE=9.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=jaunty
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=”Ubuntu 9.04″

Step by Step

1) Go to http://get.adobe.com/air/ and download the package

zen@zenware-mobile:~/Desktop$ chmod u+x AdobeAIRInstaller.bin
2) zen@zenware-mobile:~/Desktop$ ls -l AdobeAIRInstaller.bin
-rwxr–r– 1 zen zen 13737460 2010-01-13 14:30 AdobeAIRInstaller.bin

3) zen@zenware-mobile:~/Desktop$ ./AdobeAIRInstaller.bin

After that, it’s all screens, as follow:

First Step, install Adobe AIR

First Step, install Adobe AIR

Then, download Spaz, and install

Then, download Spaz, and install

    Yes, it should work with Windows 7. Of course you will need the exe file of Adobe AIR. Spaz will be installed on top of that, so you’ll be fine.
